My name is Olivia, and I am from Bali, Indonesia. I am currently in Eindhoven and looking for a suitable home for my 17‑year‑old daughter, who will begin her studies ICT at Fontys University on 1 September 2026.

She is a French citizen and will be living independently in the Netherlands. We have close family living in Utrecht who will act as her local contact and guardian, as she is still a minor. They will be available for any practical matters or emergencies and can also communicate directly with you if needed.

About my daughter:
She does not smoke, drink alcohol, attend parties, or keep pets.
She is a very clean, tidy, and responsible person, which makes her an ideal tenant for your property.
She is focused on her studies and values a quiet, respectful living environment.

We are already in Eindhoven and can arrange viewings at any time, with the possibility of moving in sooner if required. To help her settle smoothly and to demonstrate our commitment, I am willing to pay six months’ rent in advance and provide all necessary documents (ID/passport copies, proof of enrollment, guarantor information, etc.).
