Dear landlord,
I'm Victor-Gabriel Nicula and I'm interested in this accommodation. I'm looking for a new home as I will join the company Neways Electronics as a Tester.
I am 35 years old, I'm an organized guy, am not in a relationship and I don't own any pets. I am also a non-smoker and I don't drink alcohol. My yearly income is approximately €50,000 gross per year (€3,827 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance and travel allowance), and I can comfortably cover the costs of this accommodation.
I'm looking for a quiet place to stay where I can easily commute to my work in Son en Breugel, and this accommodation is perfect for that. If you have any further questions, I'm happy to elaborate more. You can also reach out to my Business Manager at Orion Engineering, who is Dutch-speaking and is happy to assist you as well. You can reach him via paul.verheijden@orionengineering.nl or +31 6 45 87 83 07.
Thank you for your consideration.
