Hello,
My name is Paul Cerceau, I am 28 years old and I am a software engineer. I have recently relocated to the Netherlands for work and I am currently looking for a place to settle in.
I have a monthly gross income of €4,400 and my father as a guarantor has over €7,000 monthly income, providing additional financial security.
Outside of work, I am an active and outdoors-oriented person. I enjoy hiking, sports and spending time in nature. I am quiet and respectful of my surroundings, and I take good care of the places I live in.
I have always had very good relationships with my previous landlords. I am a careful and responsible tenant and I like to take care of my home myself. I am also comfortable handling small maintenance tasks when needed, which can sometimes avoid unnecessary intervention from the landlord. My previous landlord specifically thanked me for the care I took of the apartment.
I would be very happy to find a long-term home in the Netherlands and would of course treat the property with the same care and respect.
