My name is Georgi Stefanov, and I am an 18-year-old international student from Bulgaria. I will begin my ICT studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven this September.

I am looking for a room or studio where I can live throughout my studies. My parents fully support my rent and living expenses, ensuring that rent is always paid on time. Proof of financial support can be provided upon request.

I am a quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible person who values a peaceful living environment. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I always respect shared spaces, neighbours, and house rules.
