Martim is looking for: A Room in Eindhoven

My name is Martim, I am 22 years old and I was delighted  to be accepet into the ICT Bachelor’s programme at Fontys University of Applied Sciences wich sarts this September.

I am currently looking for a furnished or unfurnished room. My preferred move-in date is 1 August 2026, but I am happy to move in earlier if necessary and can complete all the required paperwork immediately.

I already have a BSN, as I previously lived and worked in the Netherlands, so I only need to register my new address.

I am a non-smoker and consider myself a quiet, tidy and respectful person. I enjoy surfing, music, gaming and spending time with friends, while always respecting other people’s privacy and shared living spaces. Having already lived in the Netherlands, I know the importance of being a responsible and considerate tenant.

My parents live in Cascais, a small village near Lisbon in Portugal, and will act as my guarantors. My father is a partner at a leading law firm in Lisbon, with a monthly income exceeding €15,000, in addition to annual profit distributions from the firm. They are fully committed to supporting me throughout my studies, ensuring that rent will always be paid reliably and on time.

In addition, I have personal savings from the period when I previously lived and worked in the Netherlands, which means I am not entirely financially dependent on my parents.

We are happy to sign a 12month or longer tenancy agreement, and, if required, we can promptly provide proof of income, guarantor documentation or any other supporting documents or even pay in advance several months rent in advance.
